What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the project details you write. If you email or call, we receive whatever you choose to share. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

Contact form messages are handled by Netlify, our website host, and passed on to us. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and for our normal business records. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t share your details with anyone else.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This gives us overall numbers, not information about you as a person, and it isn’t used for advertising.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. These are the ones this site uses:

We don’t use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. The social links in our footer are plain links and don’t track you.

Turning analytics off

Google Analytics is on for this browser.

This choice is saved in your browser, so it applies on this device until you clear your browser data. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email info@eko-create.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
